Ingredients:
1. Beef – 1 kg
2. Slice of sweet pumpkin – 1 cup
2. Onion slice – 11/2 cups + 1 cup local fried onion (beresta)
3. Turmeric Powder – 2 ts
4. Roasted cumin powder – 1 ts
5. Coriander Powder – 11/2 ts
6. Red chili powder – 2 ts
7. Salt – 1 ts or according to your taste
8. Ginger paste – 1 ts
9. Garlic paste – 1 ts
10. Yogurt – 3 tablespoons
11. Tomato (finely chopped) – 1 large
12. Cardamom pods – 8
13. Cinnamon – 7/8 pieces
14. Clove – 7/8 pieces
15. Black Pepper – 7/8
16. Bay leaves – 2
17. Soybean Oil – 1/2 cup
18. Water – 2 glasses (approx.)
Method:
Cut the meat about 2/1 inch each and then wash and drain the extra water through a strainer. Now. Take a pot and mix all the ingredients and marinate for 2/3 hours. Now put the pot on a medium fame and place the lid on the pot. Cook until the oil comes out on top. Now add the water and cook for about 1+ hour at a medium-low fame. Wait until the meat turns dark brown and put. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
