Ingredients for Mixed Vegetable Recipe:

  1. 2 tbs vegetable oil
  2. Carrot (julienne cut)-1/2 cup
  3. Long beans (cut into 1 inch)- 1/3 cup
  4. Green Papaya thin sliced – 1 cup
  5. Capsicum slice – 1/3 cup
  6. Small prawn – 1/4 cup
  7. Boneless chicken breast slices- 1/3 cup
  8. 1 Garlic clove minced
  9. 2 tsp soy sauce
  10. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  11. 1/2 tsp cornflour, mix with some water to make a slurry
  12. Sugar – a pinch of
  13. white pepper to taste
  14. salt to taste
  15. 200ml, chicken stock
  16. Green chili(optional)-1

You can use other seasonal vegetables also to make this recipe.

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a wok on high heat until hot.
  2. Add minced garlic and carrots and Stir-fry. Add the prawn and chicken one by one and cook for two minutes.
  3. Now add the seasonal vegetables and stir for one minute.
  4. Now add the chicken stock into it and cook for two minutes or until it is starting to boil.
  5. Then gradually add the cornflour mixture. Once this mixture is well incorporated the sauce should thicken.
  6. Lastly add salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot.
