Ingredients:

  1. Hilsa Fish – 4 pieces
  2. Mustard Seeds – 4 tbsp
  3. Green Chilli – 4/5 pcs
  4. Sugar – a pinch
  5. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Mustard Oil – 4tbsp

Procedure:

1.Wash the fish and marinate with 1/4 tablespoon. of salt. Keep it aside until use.
2.Add 1/2 teaspoon, half a cup of water and four cold greens to grind the mustard seeds into a soft paste. Transfer into a bowl, cover and put aside for 10 minutes.
3.Place the mustard paste in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the turmeric powder, a little salt, sugar and mustard oil. Add 2 tablespoons. of water
4.Add the fish pieces to the mustard mixture with the fish pieces evenly. Cover the bowl with an adhesive film. Prick the film to once hold with a toothpick or any sharp. This goal is to release the steam.
