- Hilsa Fish – 4 pieces
- Mustard Seeds – 4 tbsp
- Green Chilli – 4/5 pcs
- Sugar – a pinch
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp

1.Wash the fish and marinate with 1/4 tablespoon. of salt. Keep it aside until use.
